Good morning karateka,

come along and train today at Calcutt 9am. This is the last chance to get some practise in before our big weekend of grading.

There will be no Collingham class today due to the grading. Any Dan grades who attends the Collingham class normally we would appreciate your help putting the gup grades through their paces at the grading today.
