We've created a set of Housekeeping rules to make sure each virtual class runs as smoothly as possible for our students and instructors.
Housekeeping Rules
To avoid unwanted visitors please ensure that the name of the person training is correct on the zoom entry and your camera is on or at least a recognisable picture of the person training. To protect everyone we will not allow entry if we cannot recognise the person in the waiting room.
Purchase the passcode well in advance of the class to avoid last minute problems accessing class.
Please aim to sign in to the Zoom class five minutes before the session starts.
Always be mindful of what and who is around you when you train.
Mute your microphone if it has not already been muted.
Once signed in, you may find it useful to pin the Instructor video to your screen. If you're unsure how to do this, please click the how to link below.
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362743To encourage club ethos we ask that all students, where possible, wear uniform during virtual classes.
Behave as if you are in the Dojang. Your Instructor can see you.
Please kindly note that students without valid membership are not permitted to train via our temporary virtual classes. If your annual membership is due and you're having trouble renewing please contact enquiries@martialartsforlife.co.uk
