Cho Dan Bo’s and Dan Grades

The next Dan Grading will be on 12th October at Calcutt Village Hall.

Arrive 2.50 pm Start 3.00 pm

If you have paid you are invited to unlimited training at any out of school class for the month before the grading as long as you are up to date with regular class fees.

You should be training at least twice if not 3 times a week by now. You will be required to demonstrate with confidence all of the syllabus up to an including your current forms, one step and grabs. Senior syllabus includes the 3 steps and additional one steps and forms. Read your student manual or click on the club badge on the website where you will find the relevant information.
