Sunday 5pm Class moves to Coach Gym on Hornbeam Park

We are excited to announce that from 21st April Sunday classes will take place at Coach Gym on Hornbeam Park.

Coach have not only welcomed us into their large studio to train but have given us an exclusive deal for our members and parents. They have a no under 14s policy in the gym so we will access the studio through a door at the side of the building or in bad weather be escorted through as a group. You are welcome to congregate or wait in the foyer, use the toilets coffee shop etc.

If you’re a parent/partner bring your gym stuff. You can train for an hour for free see below for details.

For any parents/partners -you must have a child or family member training with MAFL, not necessary at Coach.
First visit is completely free, you will need to visit reception rather than accessing through the studio.

After that point they will have 3 options. 
1. PAYG - Our normal day pass is £8 for your parents I'll discount to £4
2. Ultimate Membership (Gym and Classes) - Normally £36.99 for your parents £29.99
3. Gym Only - Normally £26.99 for your parents £15.99

For PAYG you need to visit reception to pay each time, as a member you will use the app as normal.
